District Governor Bill Proctor officially handing over the "Rotary Meets Here" banner to the owner of Nirvana Restaurant. This is where Rotary Club of Brampton Flower City Centennial meet every Monday from 6.30pm to 8pm for fellowship and conducting Rotary business.
