Camp Enterprise 2011

Camp enterprise was a very unique experience that allowed kids from various high schools to learn and experience what is like to own your own business from some of the top business owners in the GTA. This camp took them through the steps of coming up with ideas, to applying for funding, then showed them how to operate the company, all with the harsh realities of the business world. This is a well put together camp, and it was combined with some fun physical activities by the YMCA, the weekend was very successful. All 59 kids that attended had nothing but great reviews. All and all this is by far the best event of the year and events like these are why I joined the rotary club.

Manny thanks to Randy Narine who spearheaded the club's organization and execution of this event. He spent tireless hours in the student selection process, attending Camp Enterprise meetings, transporting the students to the camp and delivering a powerful speech on business planning.
